How joint (both-spouses) sessions run
- • Please join from separate locations. Attending together from the same place is not recommended — moderation and the mute feature only work properly when you are apart.
- • The counselor leads and moderates. Spouses speak to each other only when the counselor allows it.
- • Either spouse can ask to speak privately, and the counselor can mute it so the other spouse does not hear.
- • This structured format keeps the conversation safe and prevents escalation.

- • Hourly rate: $99 individual · $129 both spouses. The rules below apply to both.
- • Sessions run in 1-hour blocks; if you end within 15 minutes, there is no charge.
- • Going over by up to 15 minutes costs nothing extra. Past 15 minutes, the next full hour is charged.
- • e.g., a 1h 20m session is billed as 2 hours ($198 individual · $258 both spouses).

Payment is by card (online), settled after the session based on actual time per the rules above. No prepayment is required to book.
Reschedule & Cancellation
- • Cancel at least 6 hours before the scheduled time and there is no charge.
- • You can freely reschedule to any open day or time.
- • A last-minute cancellation (within 6 hours) carries no penalty once.
- • A no-show without reasonable cause may result in restrictions on future use of the service.
