• You request a refund within 30 days of purchase
• You have not downloaded or submitted any completed documents to the court
• There was an error in our service that prevented you from using it

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT available if:
• You have downloaded completed documents
• You have submitted documents to the court
• More than 30 days have passed since purchase
• You provided incorrect information that resulted in document errors
• Court filing fees (these are paid directly to the court)

Partial Refunds
We may offer partial refunds in certain circumstances:
• If you have used only a portion of our services
• If technical issues prevented full service delivery

Processing Time
